MBK or Ma Boon Krong Center as it is also known, is a shopping icon in Bangkok. The eight floor indoor mall has over 2000 stores. Prices are very affordable.
Opening hours are from 10am to 10pm daily.
If you are after electronics, mobiles, computer accessories, sports gear, sports shoes, fashion, handbags, shoes and more, you must put MBK on your list. Brand name sports shoes are at bargain basement prices.
Each of the eight floors of MBK has a theme. So if you are after computer or mobile accessories, head to the fourth floor (Mobile and IT) and see what’s on offer.
Bargaining is expected, so make sure you don’t pay the first price quoted.

Platinum Fashion Mall

Platinum is the largest wholesale and retail mall in Thailand with 2000 stores over six floors. Each floor is named after a famous shopping district from around the world – Orchard, Nathan, Ginza, Oxford, Soho and Camden.
Goods sold in the mall are fashion, shoes, bags, accessories and a lot more.
An escalator connects Novotel Bangkok Platinum Hotel to the mall. The mall is open from 10am – 6pm Monday to Sunday.
Sellers expect you to bargain, so make sure you negotiate for the best prices.

Terminal 21 is a six-floor travel themed shopping mall. Inside, it looks like an airport terminal. Fly around the world in one day!
They have named each floor after a famous city or place in the world. Replicas of famous icons from the place are on each floor.
The floors in the mall are Rome, Paris, London, Tokyo, San Francisco and Hollywood.


There are 600 stores with well known affordable brand names. No bargaining, fixed prices only.
Worth a visit just to see the themed layout.

Fortune Town IT Mall
With the closing of Pantip Plaza, Fortune Town IT Mall is now the place for all your computer and IT needs.
If you need computer or mobile phone repairs, it’s the perfect location.
There are 10,000 sellers covering 4 floors. Opening hours are from 10am – 10pm daily.
